This policy applies to information we handle through the Service: our websites, our mobile applications, and the financing-application experiences powered by the platform. The Service is operated by Konnecs Technologies LLC from the United States. Konnecs Originate is a financing-origination platform; it is not a lender, and financing is provided by a network of independent lending partners.

To pre-qualify your business and process a financing application, we collect:

• estimate what your business may pre-qualify for;
• build your application and route it to a network of independent lending partners for underwriting;
• communicate with you about your application and its status;
• operate, maintain, and improve the Service;
• detect and prevent fraud and secure the Service; and
• comply with applicable law.

We do not sell your information. We share it only as needed to provide the Service:

Konnecs does not lend money or move funds. Lending partners disburse approved funds directly to your business.

We access your point-of-sale data on a read-only basis and only for pre-qualification and your application. We do not modify point-of-sale settings, process payments, or move money. You can disconnect at any time from within the Service, and you may also revoke access directly with your provider.

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the Service to function, such as keeping you signed in and remembering your language preference. Our marketing pages may load embedded scheduling and contact widgets that set their own cookies. We also use third-party analytics and advertising cookies (including Google and Meta tags) to measure marketing performance and conversions; these tools may match hashed contact details (such as email or phone) for ad measurement. You can limit or delete cookies through your browser settings, and the opt-out tools offered by those providers also apply.

Information is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS), and sensitive identifiers and access tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. Access to personal information is limited to what is needed to operate the Service, and sign-ins to the platform are logged for audit purposes. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we protect your information with technical and organizational measures appropriate to its sensitivity.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, support your application with lending partners, and meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete or de-identify it. You may request deletion as described below; some records must be retained where required by law, and executed agreements are retained as part of the record of the transaction.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may ask questions about how it is used. To make a request, email hello@konnecs.com from the address associated with your account; we will verify the request and respond within the time required by applicable law. Depending on where you live, state law may give you additional rights, and we honor those rights as they apply.

Our mobile applications request device permissions (such as camera access to photograph documents, or notifications) only for the features that need them, and you can change permissions in your device settings at any time. Push notifications can be disabled in your device settings. The practices described in this policy apply equally to our mobile applications.

The Service is operated from the United States and intended for businesses operating in the United States. If you access the Service from elsewhere, your information will be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.

The Service is for business use by adults (18+) and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page, and where required we will provide additional notice.
